STRONG AND STEADY

Falls Prevention and Management classes

For: People over 55 who are unsteady on their feet and have either fallen or think they are going to fall

Aim: To increase confidence, balance, strength, flexibility. Standing and Seated exercises.

Duration: 60 minute class followed by an a 30 minute social session

Wednesdays 10.45 - 12.15

Thursdays 10.30am, 12.15pm and 2pm
