I'm Sara Davies, an experienced personal trainer and fitness professional.

My mission is to help get ‘more people, more active, more often’, helping clients to work towards achieving their goals and dreams, whether this be to:

  • Stand up for long enough to do your cooking

  • Get down to the floor to do your housework

  • Walk up a flight of stairs without getting breathless

  • Walk round the supermarket without having to hold onto anything or anyone

  • Go walking with your partner in a country park

  • Run for a bus

  • Run a 5k Race for Life

  • Go on a cycling holiday with your friends

  • Play in the park with your grandchildren

I can also help if you have bigger dreams - running a marathon, walking the Pennine Way, or climbing the rigging on a Tall Ship!
