Gentle Strolls

For: People who are very unsteady on their feet. You might be very breathless or walk with a stick, walking frame or walker. You might have had a stroke, be suffering from back pain or have had a joint replacement.

Aim: To walk very gently, building up confidence, strength and balance. To enjoy  the environment in which we walk and enjoy being part of a group.

Duration: 30 - 60 minutes
